Stage II · Online shop

The shop that understands packaging.

Pack sizes, volume pricing, payment on account — Zentrala calculates the way your industry does. And your catalogue is imported from your ERP rather than typed in by hand.

§ 01 · PRICING LOGIC

Bundle, pallet, volume break — core function, not a workaround.

Generic shop builders know unit prices. The packaging trade sells in pack sizes with volume breaks and minimum quantities — in Zentrala that is exactly what comes as standard.

PACK SIZES

Bundle, case, pallet

Prices and order quantities per pack, as is customary in wholesale.

VOLUME PRICING

Breaks per article

Shown transparently to the customer — buying from quantity X visibly pays off.

PRODUCT FINDER

Search by size, not by number

Customers find the right box through dimensions and requirements — not through article numbers.

§ 02 · CATALOGUE

Your range comes out of your ERP.

We import articles, prices and customers from your system — as Excel/CSV to begin with (a standard process proven in day-to-day operation), later scheduled or through a direct interface. Orders travel the same route back: structured, with nothing retyped.

A proven standard process: at our customers, catalogue, customers and orders all run through exactly this data exchange — shaped around their ERP configuration.
  • Catalogue built by data import
  • Payment on account with credit check
  • Standard online payment methods for new customers
  • Shipping logic to your rules
  • Customer account, saved lists, order history
  • Multilingual, like the whole platform
§ 03 · THE ROUTE TO GO-LIVE

Live in phases, with real test orders.

We build categories and range together, then your inside sales team places real test orders — the shop goes live only once the processes hold. Not everything has to be online at launch: we prioritise by demand.

The shop brings new customers. The portal brings the repeat business.

The customer account from the shop is the basis — the third stage turns it into self-service for your regular customers.
