2. Hosting

This website is operated with Fly.io, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) in their Frankfurt am Main data centre region. The content and log data of this website therefore reside on servers in Germany; access by the provider from the United States cannot be entirely ruled out technically. Processing is governed by a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR; the European Commission's standard contractual clauses apply to any third-country transfers.

3. Server log files

When you open this website, data your browser transmits is recorded automatically: IP address, date and time, the address requested, the volume of data transferred, browser type and operating system. We cannot attribute this data to an individual; it serves only the secure and trouble-free operation of the site.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in the faultless operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 14 days at the latest.

4. Contact form and price sheet requests

When you write to us through a form or request the price sheet, we process the details you provide — name, company, email address, phone number where given, and your message — in order to answer your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is aimed at a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The mandatory fields are needed to handle your enquiry; without them we cannot reply.

We keep enquiries for as long as they are needed to handle the matter and any follow-up questions, and delete them once the matter is closed — unless statutory retention periods apply.

5. Email delivery

We use Mailgun (Sinch Mailgun) in the European Union data centre region to send form messages and confirmations. The provider processes the content and recipient data of those messages on our behalf and on our instructions, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

6. What we do not do

• No cookies that would require consent — which is why this website has no consent banner.
• No analytics or audience measurement, no advertising tracking, no profiling.
• No externally loaded fonts, maps, videos or social media widgets — opening a page creates no connection to third parties.
• No passing on of your data for advertising purposes, and no newsletter without an explicit sign-up.

7. Your rights

You have the right to information about the data stored about you, to rectification of inaccurate data, to erasure, to restriction of processing, to data portability, and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. An email to julian@zentrala.de is enough.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the website or the legal situation changes. The version published here is the one that applies.
